An Israeli crime in the village of Lafta
الوكالة الكندية للانباءfathy eldapa
Lifta, a Palestinian village on the outskirts of Jerusalem that was ethnically cleansed during the Nakba in 1948, is set to be demolished to make way for Israeli settlers.
This is the story of Israeli settler colonialism: ethnically cleanse a village and refuse to let its original Palestinian inhabitants return, claim it is "abandoned" as a way to justify its destruction and repopulate it with settlers, erasing its history and beautiful architecture in the process.
